Ramps

Ramps come up during the spring (Mid March - April). They taste like a cross between onion and garlic. People mix them in salads, meatloaf, hamburgers (rampburgers) and just about any other combiunation you can think of. Ramps are pulled up and have a white flesh bulb (just like the onion).

Oh, They smell really bad! but taste gooood.
