These two checks were signed by S.N. Bosworth. The June 28, 1895 Elkins check was 3 years after the bank opened. The Beverly note was dated Sep. 3, 1902. Mr. Bosworth was a Confederate Veteran. He also owned and operated a store in Beverly, W.Va. (Where the Beverly Musuem is now located) |
