Standing on Rich Mountain along US Rt. 33. This view shows Job Knob, Brierpatch Mountain and High Mountain. The eastern part of Randolph County is one of the best motorcycle routes in the state.

Route 33 has hundreds of steep switchbacks and curves. The road is very well maintained and plenty of places to pass slower moving traffic.

Rt. 33 goes through Elkins, Harman and into Pendleton County. The Pendleton County mountains are steep with many 25MPH curves. The route leads to Seneca Rocks. The road goes leads through farm country until you start up North Mountain.

Rt. 33 remains steep with sharp curves until you reach the town of Franklin. This is a good place to take a break!
